Sutheewarang is 35 years old. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Studies from Bangkok University. She speaks excellent English. During her 3rd year of the university, she had got an opportunity to intern at Mandala Spa, Universal Resort, Florida,USA, where she learned how to operate the spa. She worked there as a spa attendant. From that experience, she realized she loved the wellness and spa industry. During her last year of the university, she interned at the spa department at Banyan Tree Hotel where she learned how to be a spa therapist. She worked there after her graduated as a spa concierge and therapist from 2009 to 2014. In 2015, she decided to become a full-time spa therapist and she changed her workplace to PÃNPURI ORGANIC SPA at Park Hyatt Hotel because of the higher salary. In February 2023, she left PÃNPURI to for the up-skill purpose at the advanced spa training academy because she wants to go abroad.
She admires Macau because she would like to see the beauty of the luxurious hotels. She is a hard-working, and easy-going therapist who loves to travel to meet new people from different backgrounds. She spends her free time going shopping, listening to music, and watch Chinese series. She would be thrilled for the opportunity to be a part of your brand. - Perform different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies.
- Maintain detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.
- Communicate with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required.
- Resolve guest complaints and report any accidents to the supervisor.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, change treatment room sheets and sterilize all instruments and equipment before each use.
- Explain massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and provide suitable recommendations as needed.
- Ensure that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Enquire about guests’ medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services.
- Perform various treatments according to the bookings.
- Properly open and close the spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Accurately book, change, and cancel spa appointments.
- Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation.
- Maintain the spa register through proper open, pre-close, and close procedures, and communicate any discrepancies to management.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available.
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
Position: Spa Attendant
- Greet customers and confirm their reserved treatments or services.
- Answer phones and make or alter reservations as necessary.
- Explain our various services and treatments to clients, recommending those best suited to their needs or desires.
- Receive payments and assist customers with billing questions.
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels throughout the spa facility, and reorder as required
