Duties:
– Perform various treatments according to the bookings.
– Properly open and close the spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
– Accurately book, change, and cancel spa appointments.
– Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation.
– Maintain the spa register through proper open, pre-close, and close procedures, and communicate any
discrepancies to management.
– Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions,
and/or discounts available.
Duties
– Greet customers and confirm their reserved treatments or services
– Answer phones and make or alter reservations as necessary
– Explain our various services and treatments to clients, recommending those best suited to their
or desires
– Receive payments and assist customers with billing questions
– Ensure appropriate inventory levels throughout the spa facility, and reorder as required
