She is highly proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines, ranging from classic to contemporary, and from Asian to European food.
In her most recent role as Sous Chef at Sheraton Maldives, she has played a pivotal role in maintaining efficient kitchen operations, managing a team, and consistently delivering high-quality dishes that not only met but exceeded customer expectations. - Practicing FIFO storage , hygiene, sanitation policies & procedures in operation

- Attend daily food & beverage line
- Support / coach / lead & motivate kitchen colleagues & manager

- In charge for all day dinning breakfast , lunch and dinner
- Responsible for preparation of all food banquet events
- Operate kitchen with different menu / venues scheduling of associates
