Lithuania: high end traditional hotel / estate manor, total package roughly 1000 EUR netto

The client is a one-of-a-kind traditional estate manor. Therapists selected should consider that nearby cities are around 20 minutes drive. The place is known for weddings, large foreign group bookings, and private & special parties. On the property are 2 hotels, an aromatherapy factory, a brewery-style restaurant & high-end restaurant, a mechanics workshop, a sauna world (wellness) and a flowering mill & other attractions.

Offer

• Salary of 750 EUR netto
• Commission: 1,50 EUR / massage hour (not standby hour)
• Hotel Food Provided
• Bonus: every month the therapist earns 50 EUR / month that will be paid after contract ends
• Accommodation will be provided by the hotel as one shared room
• Medical, Social insurance
• Overtime: 4 EUR / hour

Working Schedule

• Working week: 6 days on, 1 day off – total of 50 working hours
• Annual vacation will be 21 paid days per year.]
• Contract length: 2 years work contract “Single contract”
• Flight ticket: every two years round trip economy class airline ticket
