Job Description
Beautiful chain of Spas in Warszaw and Vroclav is looking for 5 Balinese and 10 Thai massage therapists to join their existing team of 15 therapists.
Looking for:
- Thai and Indonesian nationality (Female)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Age: 25-50
- Clean and professional appearance
- Basic English communication skills
Condtitions:
- Salary: €850 per month, after 5months salary €950
- Commission: 5% from massage (one massage is around 30-35eur) 5% = around 1,5eur
- Tips: All tips directly go to the therapists
- Social Insurance, Health Insurance
- Flight after finishing the contract is not covered but after finishing 24months contract 300-500eur BONUS (depends on overall performance). Therapist usually perform between 100-130 massages/month
Contract Details:
- Contract Duration: 2 years
Working Conditions:
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Working hours: 12-22
- Lunch break 30min, break between the massages 15-30min
