Job Description

An established massage shop in New Zealand with 4 therapists are looking for professional staff to join the team. The client has been operating for several years and they have a steady amount of customers.

Ideal for therapists who want to live in New Zealand, close to nature and have a generous income and amazing lifestyle.

The Offer

  1. Salary is centred at 21.00 NZD per hour, which is approx 420 THB
  2. the therapist makes around 40.000 – 50.000 THB a month with generous tips as extra
  3. therapist share an accommodation nearby (accommodation is not paid by the employer)
  4. it is a 2-year contract
  5. training and initial help upon arrival is provided
  6. one-and-half day off is guaranteed and rostered work. Around 160-170 working hours per month

Required

  1. amazing conversational English
  2. clear working history supported by referral letters
  3. MUST: social security registration in Thailand
  4. Minimum 3 years verified and proven experience
  5. DO NOT APPLY: if you worked short time and illegal contracts in Malaysia, Dubai and South Korea
  6. Passport with verified and explainable travel stamps (you can explain to Immigration where you went)

About the Position:

  1. To maintain a clean and neat workplace and to keep accurate records of sales, orders and purchases
  2. To ensure all health and safety requirements are observed at all times, including handling of product and equipment
  3. To carry out all preparation procedures of product to make ready for use
  4. To serve customers and to respond to their requests in an efficient, diligent and friendly manner

About the Work Environment
Work Week
Monday to saturday 9.00am to 19.00pm sunday 9.00 am to 18.00pm Rostered time off 1 and 1 half day off per weak.
Additional Infomation

Duties:

 Be punctual and observe all working hours as may be required
 Carry out opening and closing procedures of the business required, ensuring all aspects of security are observed
 Be friendly, polite and helpful to customers at all times, and promptly report any customer complaints to your employer
 Maintain accurate transaction records and handle all cash in the approved manner
 Keep accurate records of customer orders including order numbers, items ordered, full details of customers’ names, addresses and contact numbers, and an accurate description of the items being ordered
 Maintain an excellent standard of cleanliness in the business at all times, and ensure product is rotated and shelves are restocked with linin and washing done after treatment. Rooms are readied for next customer immediately after treatment.
 Ensure shop floor, counters, equipment and treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned each day and a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is observed at all times
 Ensure all aspects of health and safety are observed, including non-smoking legislation. No smoking is permitted inside or immediately outside the business.
 Ensure all equipment is used in the approved manner and all health and safety standards are observed at all times
 Maintain a clean, neat and tidy appearance. The prescribed uniform clothing must be worn at all times
 Report any damaged equipment or missing items to your employer promptly
 Carry out any other reasonable duties as may be required by your employer from time to time
 Customers come first – never keep a customer waiting!
