New Zealand – great shop in the Auckland

The offer

• Salary “Gross” Not “Netto” – 45% commission of total money made
• Minimum salary per week 896 NZD / per week 45.592 NZD (in case commission lower than 896 NZD)
• Commission is 45% 
• Holiday (Annual Leave)- 4 weeks/year – if staff chose to not take holiday this will be added as a bonus (subject to taxation)
• The therapist pays tax from the minimum wage of 896 NZD per week – the tax is 151 NZD per week. Netto is 745 NZD. 
• If the salary is over 896 NZD – the client will pay the difference in cash (non-taxable)
• Therapists make on average 1200-1500 NZD a week ( 30.000++ a week)
• Accommodation – the client will help arrange accommodation for staff prior to their arrival, but staff will need to pay for their own rent and food. The current general standard of living is $300/week for rent and food. Internet, electricity, and water is included in the rent and the internet, electricity water in the shop is free.
• Overtime: there is no overtime as the therapist will get 45% of the treatment.

We require you to have at least 3 years of experience in the Traditional Thai Massage Clinic in one or more of the following:

• Traditional Thai Massage(essential)
• Foot(Reflexology)Massage
• Treatment Massage
• Deep Tissue Oil Massage
• Relaxation Oil Massage
• Hot Stone Massage

Required

• Massage certificates (2+ is an advantage)
• Not older than 42 years
• 3+years experience ideally in a great place
• Great English (interview will be in English)
