Job Description
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Thai Massage Therapists to join our professional new spa in Poznan, Poland (opening: December 2019). The contract is 15-months only
The beautiful and luxury spa is located in one of the most prestigious areas of Poznan, with many customers around. We are deeply committed to creating the best and the most luxurious spa in the town with the best employees on the board. This is also an exciting opportunity for experienced Therapists to work and live in the beautiful city of Poznan. A metropolis with over half-a-million residents, Poznan is situated in the most economically developed region of Poland, between Berlin and Warsaw. There is so much to do and see here, friendly people, amazing shopping and great festivals.
Responsibilities: –
- deliver quality massage and spa treatments;
- understand customer’s needs, recommend massage and spa services; –
- adhere to hygiene standards and health and safety regulations;
- stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices.
We offer: –
- Salary 700 Euro (will be quoted in local currency Złoty)
- Commission 3% on Sales (minus VAT)
- Relocation cost such as visa & flight ticket

Who exactly are you looking for?
Requirements: –
- degree or diploma in massage therapy; –
- good knowledge of English;
- good interpersonal and communication skills; –
- customer-oriented, friendly but professional approach; –
- highly skilled in massage techniques (especially Thai Traditional Massage); –
- good knowledge of healthcare.
About the Work Environment
Work Week
MON-SUN 10:00 - 22:00, with one day off

Our spa will have 7-10 therapists.
About Customer
Polish people appreciate the therapeutic value of Thai massages very much. Most of our clients will be regular (reservation type) but we will be also open for walk-ins and tourists.
About the shop
The Luxury Spa area is recently under construction to be ready for big opening in December. The spa will be the hidden germ in the center of Poznan. It will include, reception, five very specious, beautifully decorated treatment rooms and separate specious room for employees with kitchen facilities.
Products will be of the highest quality and eventually all will be made especially to our specific requirements.
Accommodation for therapists
Accommodation in the cozy flat easily reachable from the spa location. Two therapists per room, fully equipped kitchen & Internet. Very good standard.
