Czech Republic – busy walking street in Silesia region, established smaller shop (35.000 Baht+ package)

Medium-sized massage studio in the region of Silesia (Ostrava City – third biggest city) in the Czech Republic. The massage shop is near a very vibrant party/restaurant/ bar street in the city of Ostrava. There are a lot of local people, tourists and people from the whole Czech Republic as this region is quite famous all around the Czech Republic, Poland, and Germany. It is 3 hours from the capital Prague.

The surrounding area is quite nice, with a lot of mountains nearby and a lot of castles. Very beautiful location and scenery.

A therapist can save a lot of money as everything is getting paid for (accommodation, rice, insurance etc). The city is quite cheap compared to Prague so its really easy to stay, easy to cook Thai food as well.

The starting Salary

• Year 1 – 17.000 CZK
• Year 2 – 17.000 CZK
• Year 3.- 19.000 CZK
• Client books therapist in advance extra 30 CZK per client
• Overtime massage (outside of working hours = 150 CZK extra per massage hour)

Commission

• 30CZK (crowns) per hour massage (up to 120 Massage Hours per calendar month)
• 60CZK per hour  (for 120 until 150 Massage Hours per calendar month)
• 90 CZK per hour (for 150+ massages
• The bottom line the more they work in a calendar month the higher the commission paid
• Example (100 massage hours = 3000 CZK, 130 massage hours 4200 CZK, 155 massage hours = 5850 CZK)

Therapists live in a new and luxurious apartment according to Thai standards

IMPORTANT: There is a 2000CZK monthly deposit into a mutual bank account for 12 months which is a security deposit so that therapists does not run away or change employer or other form of not honoring the contract. After the contract is ended correctly (or the therapist is unfit for work due to health problems), the 24000CZK is paid back to the therapist at the end of the contract

Strong (when needed) and positive message (therapist should like her job) gets long term customers and they do tip nicely, usually around 100CZK (150 THB) a massage. No secret or “extra” services allowed.
