Job Description
Established company with 15 years of operation in the Capital city.
There is an ever-increasing demand for excellent and quality massage. The candidates have to come to interview in-house (at Spa Company) and provide a verifiable experience of a minimum of 4 years.
This place is a 5*****. Only 5-star candidates will be offered the position. This place will really suit a person who is looking for a long-term solution and a place that adopts a long-term mindset.
COMPANY OFFER
- The total package, if 110 hours a month is approx. 950€ -1000€ (450 + 165 + 90 + “50” + “30”+ 60 + 112,5)
- Salary 450€ first-year – increase according to preference from clients and work
- 2,50€ – commission for every massage hour (approx 200€-300€ a month)
- 1,00€ for a non-massage hour (or standby hours waiting for clients, cleaning, training) approx 80-100€
- Extra 1,50€ for difficult massages (herbal / stone/lymph massage)
- Extra 1,50€ for “client preference” or when a client specifically chooses therapists (approx 40€-100€)
- 0,30€ – Overtime – on top of the commission
- 80-90€ food vouchers for working the whole month (as per government rules)
- estimation of 200€-400€ + and more on tips, depending on the performance (tips are discretionary, not part of the contract)
- Paid holiday 20-25 days based on age (approx 500€ per year)
- social and health insurance and many other benefits
- No return ticket
- After 2 years of working correctly – there is a bonus of 7,50€ per extra hour above 95 massage hours. E.g. the therapist who worked 120 hours a month she will get (120 – 95 x 7,50 = 187,5€ extra). This is potentially 1500-2000€ as a leaving bonus
- Working hours per month – 189 hours standby with approx 115 hours massage (estimation, not guarantee, also depends on the season)
