MICHAL
Group Director (michal <at> spa-company.com)
Michal is a director of Spa Company Bangkok since 2012 and graduate from Australian and Slovakian Universities. Recruiting and opening Thai Spa was never on his focus, as he wanted to be motivational speaker or astronaut. His main aim is to bring professionalism and good working ethic in industry with lots of human resource challenges. Throughout the day, Michal is a positive and cheerful guy, who tries to bring balance between shop owners and therapists.
Michal is a semi-professional triathlete (swim-bike-run) and challenge himself on hardest courses in Europe and Asia.
PIJIKA
Managing Director (pijika <at> spa-company.com)
Pijika is a Director at Spa Company Bangkok since 2016. She graduated from Srinakharinwirot University of Thailand; majoring in Ecotourism and Hospitality Management. She has 8.5 years experience under her belt as a flight attendant at one of the World’s Best Airline in 2016.
She is improvising on a daily basis to find the best therapist while maintaining a positive and cheerful atmosphere in the office. Her main focus is adapting her experience and knowledge to help run the company and fulfil dreams of the therapist to find a better life in Europe, Asia or the Middle East.

DENIS
Denis is an ex-member of the Slovak national gymnastics team. He lived and worked for more than 4 years in Macao as an acrobat in the biggest water show in the world. Currently, he lives in Slovakia and he has been passionate about sports, and coaching.
Denis joined the company in 2021 to handle the growing number of inbound clients, handle existing ones and bring new prospects and manage operations, immigration documents and clients within the EU region.
Denis has a vast interest in motorbikes, Thailand and basically all kinds of sports.
NATALIA
Account Manager (natalia <at> spa-company.com)
Nati or Natália is an Account Manager at Spa Company Slovakia since 2024. Her professional journey spans a decade across multiple international companies, where she has excelled in customer service, recruitment consulting, project coordination, and business consultancy. Fluent in French from her time studying abroad in France, she embraces the French concept of “joie de vivre” and finds happiness in life’s small moments.
Known for her diplomatic communication, customer satisfaction and meticulous administration skills, she currently focuses on preparing supporting documentation for therapists from Thailand and Indonesia coming to Slovakia, as well as maintaining client relations and managing contracts for leasing and rental clients.
Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle, including recreational yachting with her husband, a professional skipper, and their three children.
ANDREA
Executive Assistant (andrea <at> spa-company.com)
Andrea has been an Executive Assistant at Spa Company Slovakia since 2023.
She is responsible for handling most of Slovakia’s documents, coordinating foreign police appointments, and meticulously managing employee attendance.
With a degree from the esteemed Faculty of Management in Bratislava, Slovakia, Andrea’s journey led her to Macao, where she spent four transformative years. Since then, her heart has been captivated by the enchanting allure of Asia.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Andrea’s spirit is ignited by a fervent love for travel, the warmth of summer, and the joy of connecting with children.
BOW
International Coordinator (bow <at> spa-company.com)
Bow is an International Coordinator stationed at the Slovakia office, where her presence embodies a comforting blend of care, understanding, kindness, and composure. From guiding employees through their initial steps upon arrival in Slovakia to expertly managing various documents, Bow ensures the well-being of everyone with meticulous attention.
Her passion for travel, particularly to seaside destinations, is matched only by her enthusiasm for sports such as diving and all forms of exercise.
